The following prayer is meant to be a guide to help you center yourself around the truths of the gospel concerning who God is, and you're new identity in Christ.
Please don't be legalistic with this prayer.

Heavenly Father, I thank you, that I have full access to you, through Jesus by your Spirit right now (Eph. 2:18). I thank you, that I can boldly approach your throne and receive from you all the grace and mercy that I desperately need this day (Heb. 4:16). Father, I worship you alone (John 4:23), because there is none like you (Jer. 10:16). You are the maker of heaven and earth (Ps. 146:6). You are sovereign overall (Is. 40:10-28). I love you with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mt. 22:37). I seek you, because your love is better than life and you alone satisfy me (Ps. 63:1-5). Thank you for me blessing me with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus (Eph. 1:3). Thank you for adopting me into your family (Eph.1:5). How great is your love for me that you have called me your child (1 Jn. 3:1) and that nothing can separate me from your love (Rom. 8:35).

Father, you proved your love for me by sending your son Jesus, to die on the cross for my sins (Jn. 3:16). Thank you for His finished work on the cross (John 19:30), whereby He became my perfect sacrifice, once and for all (Heb. 9:14, 10:10). Because of Jesus: my sins have been atoned for (Rom. 3:25) and I now stand totally forgiven (Eph. 1:7), justified (Rom. 3:24), righteous (Rom.3:22) and completely free from sin (Galatians 5:1). My old man died with Christ and was buried with Him (Col. 2:12, 3:3).  Therefore, I am dead to sin (Rom. 6:17), dead to my flesh (Gal.5:24), dead to the law (Rom.7:4), and dead to the ways of this world (Gal.6:14). Right now, I put off the old man today (Eph. 4:23) and I declare, that it is no longer I who live, but Christ within me (Gal. 2:20).

Father, on the third day you raised Christ from the dead (Acts 2:24), whereby He conquered sin and death (1 Cor. 15:4, 56). And the same power that raised Him from the dead, also raised me to new life in Him (Rom. 8:11). Therefore, I am alive in Christ (Eph. 2:5) and I now reign in life with Him (Rom. 5:17). Thank you for causing me to be born again to a living hope through His resurrection (1 Pt. 1:3-4). Christ, is my life, and I am completely hidden in Him (Col. 3:4).  I am  a new creation (2 Cor. 5:17), with a new heart and a new spirit (Heb. 8:10). Therefore, I put on the new man today created in your image to walk in love, righteousness, purity, and truth (Eph. 4:22-24).

Father, after Christ made purification for my sins, you seated Him at your right hand in the heavenly places (Heb. 1:3) granting Him all authority, power, and dominion over all things (Eph. 1:20-21). He, is the supreme ruler over all (Col. 1:19). Thank you Father, because you also seated me with Christ in the heavenly places (Eph. 2:6) and established me in His authority (Luke 10:19).

Father, I thank you thank you for sealing me in Christ with your Holy Spirit (Eph. 1:13). He is my helper (John 14:26) and my guide who leads me into all truth (John 16:13). I ask you Father, to now fill me afresh today with the power of your Spirit (Eph. 5:18), so that I may walk in step with Him (Gal. 5:16), so that I may be a bold witness for Jesus (Acts 1:8), and so that I may bear the fruit of the Spirit in my life (Gal. 5:22-23).

Lastly Father, I ask you to help me fight the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12) by resisting the enemy and standing firm in Christ today (1 Peter 5:9). I now put on the full armor of God: the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of the gospel, helmet of salvation; I take up the shield of faith and sword of the Spirit, and I choose to be strong in the Lord and to pray at all times in the Spirit (Eph. 6:10-18). Father, may you be glorified in all that I do today (Matt. 5:16), may your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, in Jesus mighty name, amen (Matt. 6:10)
